On-line registration form is not available yet.

Important notice

  • At least one author per paper must register by June 15, 2018 at the full rate.
  • For each paper to be included in the proceedings, it should be covered by 1 full registration (even if the person who is registering is a student), and each full registration can cover up to 3 papers (the author registering should be co-author of all the 3 papers).
  • A student registration cannot cover a paper. Student registration is available to students by submitting a proof of their student status.
  • Paper length: maximum 5 pages. No extra pages are allowed.
  • Tutorials can be attended only by participants registering in full/student registration.

Italian law allows, in some specific cases (see below), the payment of conference registration fees at no additional VAT 22%.

  • Individual belonging to an Italian University or public administration
    In the online registration form (not yet available), please choose VAT Exemption. In this case, do not proceed to pay with your personal credit card, but choose to pay via bank transfer, wait for the confirmation email from the system and move all the procedure to your administration; ask them to contact congressi@consultaumbria.com in order to deal with the recently introduced "fatturazione elettronica e split dell'IVA".
  • Invidual belonging to a foreign (non-Italian) institution
    In the online registration form (not yet available), please choose VAT Exemption. In this case, you can proceed to payment via credit card and/or bank transfer, but you need to provide the data of your institution (in particular VAT code).
  • Individual belonging to an Italian private company and/or acting as a single private person
    In the online registration form (not yet available), please choose the fee including the VAT.

  • Participation of accompanying persons in the various social events of the conference is available at an extra cost (prices above).

Registration Information

  • By registering for a paper, you declare your (and, if that paper has more than one author, your coauthors’) consent to the paper’s publication in the EUSIPCO 2018 proceedings (electronic and printed version), in the EURASIP internet Open Library or other online access and in the IEEE Explore digital library.
  • Students must be prepared to show their student card or any document certifying their student status.



No-show policy


Papers that are accepted for EUSIPCO must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. Any paper withdrawn after the published deadline or papers that are not presented at the conference by an author shall be deemed a “no-show” paper and will not appear in the conference proceedings nor in IEEE Xplore. A paper may exceptionally be presented by a non-author but this must be approved by the EUSIPCO Technical Program Chairs. Any such non-author presenter must be able to present the work and respond to questions with the same effectiveness as if they were an author. Requests for non-author presenters must be made by email no later than two weeks prior to the conference. Exceptions to this policy can be made at the discretion of the Technical Program Chairs if evidence is provided that the no-show occurred because of circumstances beyond the control of the authors. No-show paper authors wishing to appeal must email the EUSIPCO Technical Program Chairs no later than 7 days after the start of EUSIPCO and provide their supporting evidence. Appeals are decided by the Technical Program Chairs based on evidence provided. Examples of relevant evidence includes medical documents and visa rejection letters.
